Nippon Restaurant

I spent the whole day writing this blog. Didn't go anywhere. At night, we went for early dinner at 6:00 pm so that we could sleep early at night to prepare for Monday. Again, Japanese Restaurant. Looks like it is our favourite food for dinner.

Lunch at Sarku Japan

After having a heavy breakfast, I opted for a simple lunch. We went to a food court in Houston Center for lunch. The stall is called Sarku Japan. Sarku Japan is the largest and most successful Japanese fast food chain in the United States

I ordered a plate of Teriyaki Chicken, served with stir fried vegetables and white rice.

Another night of Japanese Food. This one is more expensive than Taiko Japanese Restaurant. Maybe the location of this restaurant is near Galleria, which is very strategic.

Miso Soup is a traditional Japanese soup consisting of a stock called "dashi" into which is mixed softened miso paste.

Kobe Beef refers to beef from the black Tajima-ushi breed of Wagyu cattle, raised according to strict tradition in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. These practices may include a diet of saké and beer, and daily massages to relieve muscle stiffness, presumably resulting in tender meat.
