Bavarian Cuisine

If you want to try German Food, pay this restaurant a visit. You can find authentic German food here. Remember to call the restaurant first. Otherwise, you will be like us...need to wait for about 45 min for the food to be ready.

Roasted Pork Shank - this is what we called the Bavarian Cuisine.
Whole pork shank cured and roasted with garlic and caraway seed. Served with red cabbage sauerkraut and potatoes


Heritage Plate
pork loin, wiener schnitzel, sausages, sauerbraten, roasted chicken, austrian potatoes, red cabbage sauerkraut & dumpling


You can imagine how to finish all the food...We managed to eat half of them only and the rest of them we boxed.

That's true. Normally one guy here can eat one plate of those. Bavarian stuff are always in bigger portions. Imagine they have 1Litre mug for beer hahahahaha. Thanks for the heads-up, next time I might just go there to taste and see if they're really as good as stuff I get here.
