The bean curd looks like those they'd cook here, probably tasteless and put a lot of bamboo shots to make it crunchy. But you're right!! Peking duck looks really really yummy! Do you know that you're not supposed to eat the duck meat when you're eating Peking duck, eat only the skin. But knowing you, you memang taruh everything down to the last piece of bone!! :Þ
